Current Openings:
Part-Time Bookkeeper (On-Site – Sanger, CA)
We’re hiring a part-time bookkeeper to support our growing solar operations in the Central Valley. This is an on-site role at our Sanger office, averaging 15–20 hours per week with some scheduling flexibility.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
Reconciling accounts and tracking job costs
Handling A/R, A/P, and basic financial reporting
Collaborating with our team to ensure clean, accurate records
Supporting payroll processing in Paychex
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in construction, trades, or solar is a plus
Someone local, reliable, and proactive
Compensation: Based on experience
Status: W-2
